Half Marathon.

Shorter routes will be offered at each training session, so don't be put off if you think it's too far, or too fast. We offer sessions for everyone. These are a guideline only*.

Beginners are most welcome -you will offered structured training specifically tailored for level of ability.

Unless otherwise stated, all sessions start at Pontypool Active Living Centre (ALC). Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm - Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.

Tues 3rd Leisure centre league - race 4, Machen
Thurs 5th Pontypool 10k in reverse or Tintern Trot
Sat 7th Guto Nyth Bran - 7 mile fell race, Bedwas 6pm from the Bryn Field Bedwas, CF83 8BJ
 Sun 8th Pen y Fan fell Race 3.6miles From Cwm Llwch near Brecon
Tues 10th Speedwork or Rose Inn Race 3

Speedwork - 12 x 400m with Fast Finish around rugby pitch; or
Rose Inn Race 3

Thurs 12th 7 mile Lasgarne woods - Folly run
Sat/Sun 14/15th Long course Weekend Tenby:   10k, 1/2M or Full Marathon   
Tues 17th Speedwork Kenyan Hills 4x6mins on grass Path to Grotto
Thurs 19th Sorbrook 10k from PALC (9miles)
Sat 21st Waun Fach fell race 7m From Cwmfforest riding Centre, Pengenffordd

Tues 24th Speedwork Canal Pyramid Session 1,2,3,3,2,1,1,2,3. Min Intervals with equal length recoveries
