In 2014 our Junior Section was set up for under 12’s.
We meet at 6.30pm in the park, and train together whatever the weather. The Juniors enjoy exercising in a fun environment, lots of games but also technique skills – they love their Mo Farah ‘arms’ practice!
They are introduced to the discipline of dynamic stretches to warm up and static stretches to cool down. Under 8’s are welcome to join in as long as their mum/dad/guardian remains in the park with us.
